DisneyLand Day 1

We headed out for Disneyland bright and early January 27th.  The kids were beyond excited.  Lawson was excited that he got to spend the week in Delta.  We drove down early Sunday morning.  We arrived at our hotel around 3pm.

 

The kids were super excited about the hotel.  The really loved the camera that was set up in the lobby and spent quite a bit of time taking pics on it. 

 

We headed out early and spent the first day seeing as many characters as we could.

 

One of the first rides we went on was Indiana Jones.

 

 

Connor DID NOT like it.  It was a little rough and I was feeling being 21 weeks prego.

 

Jaren and Susanna came to hang out with us that day.  It was so great to see them. 

Space Mountain was Connor and I's favorite ride in Disneyland.

The Finding Nemo submarine ride was fun.

Josh tried to catch up on a little sleep.  I may have closed my eyes as well.

 

 

 

We had a great first day full of fun and LOTS of walking!

4th of July 2013

 We spent the 4th of July in Delta.  Again it was another great year.  The kids had a blast at the parade and got a decent sized bag of candy.  Lawson was happy with just a few pieces.

Maddox slept through most of the morning festivities. 

We headed to the park after the parade so the kids could ride the wiggle rider.

Ride a horse.

 And catch a fish.   Connor surprised us all by just jumping in the pool and grabbing the first fish that was "taking a nap".

Kenny surprised us by how scared she was to get in the pool and grab a fish.  She refused to even touch a fish!

We had a yummy BBQ at the Rowleys. 

It was another great 4th of July and I am so thankful to live in this country and for the freedoms we enjoy!
