Jensen Family Cabin Out

We had a great campout in Duck Creek this year.  We stayed at the cabin that we did a couple years again, Bear Den I think it's called.  We headed up on Thursday afternoon and stayed till Sat.

We went fishing that first night.  Everyone caught lots of little fish.

Lots of bracelets and necklaces were made.

We went on some hikes on Friday.  It was kinda scary to hike with all the rocks and the darkness.  The kids loved it.

We had a blood pressure competition and I can't believe that I lost!

It wasn't quite the same with out the Jeremy Jensen family but we had a great time and I'm really looking forward to next year.

July 2014

We again spent the 4th of July in Delta. We went up on Thursday night and Britt and I played in the Stars and Spikes grass volleyball tournament with Kim and Tiff. We had a blast! We played six games and ended up taking first! My fav quote of the night was "I can't believe we lost to the old ladies?" I'm not that old! We went to the parade and to the park afterwards so that the kids could ride the ponies. We had the annual BBQ at Uncle Shanes. As always yummy food and good conversation was served. The kids had a blast playing in the two pools that Kyle brought. My mom was dipping her feet in with McKoy when my Uncle Shane pulled her in. She was a good sport and played with kids and had a good time cooling off. We stayed there all day and played cards. We had a little fireworks show until the city fireworks went off. The kids fell asleep in the car before we even pulled out of the driveway! Another great year and I can't wait for next year!

Family Night in Cedar

We had a family night in Cedar a couple weeks ago and the boys went fishing with we took the kids to the park. Almost at the end of the night we met up with the guys and the kids got to reel in a few fish. They were super tiny blue gills but the kids didn't care and had a blast.
